Client Policy
Cancellations/Late Arrival
If you should need to cancel your appointemt for any reason, please do so with 24 hours notice. If proper notice is not given, client is subject to fee.
In fairness to the next client and the Therapist, please arrive on time (10-15 minutes before service if you are a first time client)
If client is late 5-10 minutes, their session will end at appointed time and will be full price. 10-15 minutes, client will have to reschedule and may be subject to fee.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed during the session and upcoming ones will be kept confidential. Client details would not be revealed unless client has given permission to do so, or if therapist believes the client is in a potentially harmful situation.
Sexual Appropriateness
Sexual behavior by the client toward the therapist or by the therapist to the client is unethical, inappropriate and unacceptable. Sexual harassment is NOT tolerated. If the therapist's or client's safety feels compromised, the session is stopped immediately.
What To Expect
Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and for us to address your goals for our session.
My number one concern is for your safety, so it is extremely important that I have thorough knowledge of your health history because some conditions are contraindications of massage.
After we have discussed your health history and goals, I will then leave the room to allow you to undress and get onto the table. You should feel free to remove as much or as little of your clothing as you wish, I will be most effective if you are fully undressed, but your comfort level is most important,I work with my clients fully draped, meaning that only the part of your body where i am working at that moment will be exposed.
I do my best work when I am quiet and focused so you can expect me to remain fairly silent during sessions except to check in with you. Of course you are free to talk I am a great and understanding listener and will respond if I feel appropriate.
When your session is over I will then leave the room to allow you to get dressed.
